    Tool Joint:
    1、Tool Joint Stamp Forging Technique
      Blank machining of tool joint applies stamp forging technique to make good forging surface and less machining allowance as well as high accuracy forging shape, all of these shall make the distribution of metal flow more reasonable and increase the carrying capacity of the parts. 

    2、Drill Pipe Heat Treatment Technique
      Drill pipe heat treatment procedure adopts roller hearth (imported from Japan) with controllable atmosphere, it can set heat treatment rules according to the size of tool joint, automatically adjust hearth temperature, heating, quenching, and tempering periods to assure the average performance of tool joints and prevent infusion of carbon and distortion. Comparing with other company’s oil base quenching procedure, we adopt American Dow Chemical water-based quenching procedure.

    3、Automatic Brinell Hardness Technique
      After heat treatment, robot shall carry the tool joints into the automatic brinell hardness tester orderly to do 100% inspection. All inspected data shall be judged, recorded and selected automatically by the computer and robot to avoid personal errors.

    4、Threading Technique
      Tool joint threading procedure applies NC threading machine manufactured by MORI SEIKI (Japan) and molding blade produced by TOSHIBA(Japan),The automatically loading and unloading system and advanced double-blade devices guarantee the operation accuracy and stability of the tread parameters effectively.
